Shipping policy

Shipping is calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship to the Contiguous U.S. and all of our products ship from Massachusetts.  

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address and contact information. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding shipping fees) and ask that you re-submit your order.

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at hello@katcocreations.com. Orders can be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of purchase only.

Once your order is confirmed, we try to process within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and ship items within 7-10 business days or sooner. If we are encountering any shipping industry delays that significantly impact your order, we will send an email to notify you.

You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. The email will include a tracking number so you can check the status of your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
