We hope you’ll love your KatCo Creations products. Please be sure to review our return and refund policy before placing your order.
All sale items and gift cards are final and not returnable.
For non-sale items, we have a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Send us an email within 30 days to hello@katcocreations.com to request a return. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if you contact us 30 days after receiving the item. Although a rare occurrence, if you receive a damaged or wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours. Please see "Damages and Issues" below.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - apparel must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with tags still on. All items must be in their original packaging. If items are not in the same condition, no refund will be issued.
To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We are not responsible for return shipping & handling fees.
Cancelling or Changing an Order
Orders may be cancelled or changed if you send your request within 24 hours of the order being placed. Send an email to hello@katcocreations.com with your request.
Damages and Issues
Damages and issues rarely occur. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us within 48 hours at hello@katcocreations.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. The item must be in its original condition - unworn, unwashed and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We will need to see proof of defect or damage.
Personalized Items & Special Orders
Personalized or special orders are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Shipping
We are not responsible for return shipping and handling fees. Any original shipping fees will be deducted from the refund. We cannot offer returns and exchanges for lost or damaged packages. If you are returning an item, we advise that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
Refunds
We will send you an email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that there are currently shipping delays and it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
